At Anchor & Oak Strategies, we believe that organizational management counsel should be both high-value and accessible, and we structure fees accordingly. We also understand one-size does not fit all, and are willing to partner with organizations of all sizes and scopes.
Our services are structured depending on the scope and intensity of the engagement. Anchor & Oak brings the same project management structure and best practices you’d see with a larger firm, but at less than half the cost.
Our payments are traditionally structured as:
Retainers (Ongoing/Relationship-Based Work) Reflect their recurring nature and ongoing leadership needs.
Flat Fees (Project-Based Work): Provide clarity and predictability for one-time, defined-scope projects.
Hybrid: Large-scope projects that require ongoing partnership and high time investment are typically pegged at 5-10% of goal, cross-checked against our standard hourly range. This ensures counsel is ROI-driven and fair in terms of hours invested.
