Our Pricing Philosophy

At Anchor & Oak Strategies, we believe that fundraising counsel should be both high-value and accessible, and we structure fees accordingly. We also understand one-size does not fit all, and are willing to partner with organizations of all sizes and scopes.

Our services are structured within a $75–$150/hour range, depending on the scope and intensity of the engagement. Our rate ensures you’re working directly with a CFRE-level strategist. Anchor & Oak brings the same campaign structure and best practices you’d see with an international firm, but at less than half the cost.

Our payments are traditionally structured as:

  • Retainers (Ongoing/Relationship-Based Work) Reflect their recurring nature and ongoing leadership needs.

  • Flat Fees (Project-Based Work): Provide clarity and predictability for one-time, defined-scope projects.

  • Hybrid: Large-scope projects that require ongoing partnership and high time investment are typically pegged at ~5% of goal, cross-checked against our standard hourly range. This ensures counsel is ROI-driven and fair in terms of hours invested.
